Photo is no longer valid.  April went postal and backed over him with her car.  When she realized what she had done, she put the car in forward and went over him again- it was an accident- honest. Then, she put it in reverse again to get him out from under the car- another honest mistake.  They're scraping the mad hacking road pancake up off the driveway now.
