Ghost Shrimp

I have a ghost shrimp that was living with my turtle. Well the turtle died so now I have a ghost shrimp and I'm wondering if they need a air pump or if they can live without any. I'm going to move it to a plastic bowl.

I would! They may not be as dirty as a turtle, but they can cloud up the water pretty good. They could use a "seasoned" filter and pump.
