Unknown or Imposter???

I planted some N. lowii seeds and what ended up sprouting up was this plant?  It sure as heck does not look like N. lowii to me.  I planted the seeds in pure sphagnum so it is possible that this could be just about any seed that may have been hiding in the moss waiting to grow.  Anyways, I am not even sure if this is a Nep of some sort or what.  Anyone on recognize this?

Cheers,
Ravn

Hi Ravn -

Well the one thing I CAN tell you without a doubt is that this is most certainly not a Nepenthes! It looks most like a sedge to me. Sedges are known for spreading like a wildfire once they are established in an area too...keep an eye on this one, and feel free to contact me if it starts to put up a flower spike; that would make identification a lot easier.
