I got a new lens for my new camera today, a macro lens. (Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM). I just took a few handheld shots, and a couple came out OK. Here they are:

Nice!  I just looked up that lens and what an excellent choice.  A true macro and it'll be a great portrait lens too.
