purps and mosquitos

I was considering added a significant amount of purps to my bog garden and potted collection but now i am having second thoughts. Since purps use rain water to drown and not enzymes, would this standing water just be used by mosquitos to lay eggs? I already have enough mosquitos near the bog area/tree line and i would hate to add to that.

Thoughts?

You could always try planting Aquatic Utricularia in them or near them. I've always wondered if that works... But seriously I don't think it will be a problem.
