2 Tropical plants need ID

Hey everyone, these are 2 plants i got from my grandmother in colombia south america, I don't know their names, but here is what people call them over there:

Alondra (Big one) Produces purple, and white flowers on same plant.


Sin Igual Produces pink Blooms

I'm pretty sure Sin igual translate to Without a same, or somewhere along the line.

Yes capensis I knew that, meaning it has no equal. Anyone have any Idea?
