That's right dirtbags, the UN wants you to wash your hands already... with soap!
Only today though.

We have new signs at work from the CDC in the bathrooms and break room that discusses the merits of washing your hands and shows a pair of hands soaping up. BUT since I pay attention to detail I also see the hand-model has a pus filled sore on his arm above the soapy hands! :D

On a more serious note many of the countries mentioned on that list do not have clean water for people to wash their hands with (let alone drink) at least in the urban areas.
