Utric ID Please

Found in SE North Carolina.

No idea really, but cool filming--how did you do it?

I got an aquarium, I filled it with tap water. Then I put the utric in and gave it some time to fluff up. Then I put my camera in the water and filmed it from the other side with the shy as the background.

It was my first attempt, so I could see what I need to do to improve for the final shot that I haven't done yet.
