definentally not u gibba u gibba grows and branches and has solid yellow flowers this has splotted with yellow flowers and grows on a rosset
 
It was in a clog up stream around the clay hills where Many abandoned chopped tree trunks were left. Water was greenish brown. While a nearby pond further below was blue green which does not connect to the stream. (used to have VFT there but now gone). From Malaysia
