I dunno, I was thinking about getting it new media and washing away its soil until i found this.

Okay, um how would I go about seperating it? Its about three times bigger.

I would wait before separating. That plantlet looks very small and I doubt that it would have roots.

I agree, with pretty much all dews I wait for them to mature a bit more...or until it gets to the point of overcrowding.

Well, I was going more for microwave so I could immediantly reuse the soil.
