one of my vft is sending up a flower and growing a lot, and my other one seems to have a baby vft growing out of its side and the main part of the plant is not growing at all is this normal and will the main part send out some new leaves or will it die? cause it seems to be living off five reject leaves.

The flower will take some energy from the plant. But it should be ok.
I have also noticed that when you have two plants that grow beside eachother...the parts that are touhing will stop growing....like they know that they are intruding on another plant. (make sense ).
It is kind of hard to eplain in writing.
But I think you are cool. I wouldn't worry
