My ping germinated!!!

Thanks to cephalotus88, I've got some P.Ionantha seeds.
After 16 days, they are coming out! I can barely see them!
What should I do next?

gald they worked for ya. Well, iguess you should keep them in the container where they sprouted and let them form to more manageable sizes. Keep them humid (but not extremly wet and soggy, or mold might come in) and keep them well lighted. Thats about it.
