does Pinguicula primuliflora or Pinguicula moranensis need a dormancy period?

P.primuliflora does not need a dormancy. I keep it outdoors year-round and it is naturally cooler in the winter.

Water the moranensis less in the winter.

Note: both of these species are warm-growing plants. They can tolerate temperatures in the mid 40's.
