stop growing

Last time did what the member suggested to do for my nepenthes and put it in a terrerium and since then it seem like it is stop growing now than before. Y is this? is there any ways to increase the growth and make it have pitcher?

If you change the growing environment, it usually takes the plant a little while to recover. If the plant is not growing, but not dying, I would just keep an eye on it for a little while before changing anything..
