I want to make tham have small leafs with big pitchers

I have two one spotted and one green
the spoted is 10 inches tall and 16in wide
the green is 2 1/2in tall and 8in wide

In the right condition (light and humidity) plants like your spoted size start to grow pitchers around it base (basal pitchers) without any spcial treatment. the best way is to keep live sphagnum on the soil mix or some wet sphagnum then pitchers would grow.

I have no idea hope some one else could help you with it I think lot of growers had some live sphagnum and could send you some. maybe you can try and ask at the trade forum/
