is it hard to grow you from seeds

and other neps too, seeds which I ordered arrived yesterday.......and I sowed them yesterday too........what I should expect? and how long?

oh man, I forgot to boom! I bought them from Triffid Nurseries!
great place! they sell seeds and plants.......it be situated in England.
