Sarracenia Seeds

I just got some sarracenia seeds and i am planning on sprouting them under lights in my garage. What do you think the best soil would be to sprout the seeds. and should i keep the lights on 24/7

I have heard the best media for germinating Sarr seeds is milled sphag as it protects against damp-off anf Botrytis.

I have successfully used 1:1:1 peat:sand:milled spahg but I am growing outside so I have tons of fresh air to help keep mould down
