Andrew - I would get a S. x readii (leucophylla x rubra) as a first pitcher. It's nicely patterned and the rubra influence means it grows quickly into clumps of pitchers about a foot tall.
 
If I could get just one of my sarracenia to be even half as beautiful as those i'd be a happy camper!
Your plants (as usual) are truly breathtaking!
