hey does any body know whether or not this requires the dry dormancy it get in the wild or not. If so what is the best way give it,its dry dormancy. should i keep this in with my pings where the light is not as bright and the heat is not as bad?

It does not need a dry dormancy. I find mine grows best when treated like a highland Nep. I have heard rumor that a slight temp drop will help to induce flowering but I have no experience with this procedure.
