There is a thingy on my dendrobium

I have a Dendrobium orchid in a terrarium up in my room, that I saved from a clearance rack a Lowe's. It's just gotten used to it's new conditions and starting to put out new growth. But recently, when I went to check on it, I noticed it had a large, green bump that seemed to have come out of a bare cane. I don't know what this is but I have a guess, I think it might be a Keikis(spelling?). I'll let you know of any changes though.

It is most likely a Keiki.

Now I'm completely sure it is a Keiki. The bump has gotten longer and seems to be splitting into two, and I can see where the roots are going to come in.
