Cadetia taylori

Hey guys, is there anything I should know about Cadetia taylori?

I received one from PFT awhile ago and it's starting to look not as nice as when i got it.

So, any hints/tips/recipes? Oh yeah, should I repot it or leave it in the tiny pot?

Ok, interestingly variable miniature orchid.
