Goldfish Plants

Well... It requires full sun, and its soil to be kept moist (keywork, moist) at all times...

This is all I know, and my mom's isnt blooming... Any care tips?

Trying to remember...remember reading somewhere that goldfish have a three second memory span in warm water and a two second memory span in cool water...just like me.
