Problem with pots heating up

Hey Guys,
For those of you that grow your cp's outdoors in full sun, are you concerned about how hot the pot and "soil" get? I have some outside and the soil gets really hot, even when I'm using a white pot. So what you y'all do about this problem?

Hot soil is a problem. You could try using a larger deeper pot... that helps keep things cool.
