Need help catching pesky flies

I been have pesky flies flying all around work, and was wondering what is the best solution. I have a couple Venus fly traps but they aren't doing the jobs, I have flies and small flying insects everywhere, and I have no clue how to catch them all, so what is the perfect plant that will catch them. I been using raid and fly swatters, but its just an annoyance, and they keep coming. So i need help find the perfect solution.

You could use pitcher plants (sarracenia) to catch flys and larger insects and sundews (drosera) to catch small bugs.  I doubt CPs will do very much to control insects but it's worth a shot.  Even if they don't work it's always good to have some CPs around.
