Is superthrive simply a plant hormone?

Hi, where I'm staying, I don't know where to find Superthrive. Is that simply a brand name for a kind of plant hormone solution? Cos I do see some local brands of plant hormones... is that a good replacement for Superthrive?

The ingredients contain .09% vitamin b-1, and 048% 1-naphthyl acetic acid so it is simple a vitamin and a rooting hormone. I used a bottle of something called starter plus and it worked the same as superthrive. I don't know what you want to use so I can't say it's ok to use.
Where do you live? I'm sure that I can't send you a bottle if you want.
