My dull boring cactus!

It's just I've had it for four years now and it hasn't grown a mm(milimeter) let alone a cm(centermeter)!  

What could be wrong

Is there anyway I can speed up it's growth - fertalizer maybe? Watering it more? Putting it in a larger pot?

PLEASE HELP!!!

I am a big fan of growing cactus, but first I need to know, what kind is it? Some cactus grow VERY slow. Like the suguaro (spelling?) cactus, that grows only 1 inch in it's first 10 years! I have a unknown cactus that's grown about a foot in 6 years. (all i know is that it's not a branched cactus) lol

Many people don't know that Cactus like loamy soil with frequent waterings. Give us more info and we'll try to help you.

It is about 5 inces tall and 2 inches wide it has few spikes. It has 6 edges going down. On the edges every CM there is 7-8 spikes about a Cm long each in a star shape.
The skin is dark green/plain green.
Thats all I can say really! Also I THINK (just think - It's not exact&#33

that it has red flowers - It MIGHT have red flowers! Oh and it doesn't have branches!

OUCH

I have just replanted the cactus! - YAY! It's now in a pot 2X as big - Hopefully it will get bigger!
