Nepenthes

Your plant appears to be an N khasiana IMO. I have an N khasiana, and I can say that the pitcher on your plant looks very similar to the ones produced by the basal shoots on mine. The pitcher color is yellowgreen, and there's a band of pink coloration just under the peristome, both of which are characteristic of N khasiana. If you could get a clearer picture of one of the leaves, and perhaps another picture of the pitcher from a different angle, I'm sure we can identify it.

That look like tobaica to me...the pitchers look very similar to the ones on my plant, and so do the leaves....The only difference is that mine have a wide band under the lid (goes about 1/3 way down the pitcher that is slightly pinkish green instead of yellow green....
