Utricularia

Most of available terrestrial species are easy to grow. U. livida, sandersonii and bisquamata are the most commonly recommended and they produce lots of flowers. U. blanchetii is a nice one if you can find it, both the lavender and the white flowered forms are very nice and flower almost continuously. U. calycifida is nice and has somwhat larger flowers and leaves.

Non-aquatic species having the largest traps are U. humboldtii and U. arnhemica. U. humboldtii is becoming more common in cultivation but may still be hard to find, U. arnhemica is impossible to get.

I think many of the aquatic species, notable U. macrorhiza/vulgaris also have quite large traps.
