aphids

My wife has a plant that has aphids on every leaf. I wonder if it is a theat to my cps, some only three feet away in an open terrarium, others are about 6' away in a closed terrarium. I thought of putting the plant outside for a few hours to kill the little devils, but I wonder what everyone else thinks...thanks

Putting the plant outside will not kill them all. An insecticide is you best option. I would also keep an eye on you Cps, as aphids can seemingly appear anywhere. I used orthene, and it worked quite quickly. Hope this helps
