My dad's friend gave me this beautiful plant, but I don't know what it is. Never seen a succulent so red before. Any ideas?

Well you can't give me all the credit for id'ing the plant . I get most of my cacti/succulent info from my old botanist friends down the street . http://www.**********.com/iB_html312/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

It's a crassula "red flame". Nice color!

Wow, that is so red. I have had a succulant garden for about 5 yrs and have never seen anything like that. This is a cool board. It covers all my interests. Terraforms I mean. Fish/lizards/turtles/VFT's/and now succulants. I have never bought a single plant. I have a friend who I steal babies from.
