Is this plant Protected/thretoned or endangerd? They are native to my state and I'd like to bring some into cultivation, but I'm not about to do so if they are on the no-no list like our other terrestrial plants.
If they are on your own land and would like to take 1 or 2 plants from a colony I don't see why not. But if they are on private property obtain permission from the landowner. If they are on state land.....forget it.
