Time change is off by 6 hours

Thanks to Buckeye, who helped me get the posting time to my reality, I don't have to keep adding 6 hours to figure out who sent what when. However, with the new server, hte time is back to being off by 6 hours. i went to the control panel and checked the settings. It was correct (+6). I pressed the ammended change tab and refreshed. No change. How do I get things back again?

I'm on EST and have the time offset deal set to 0, it's 3:15 here and thats what the board says.

Just set it to zero. That worked. Problem solved. Thank you.

I guess with most members here being American they changed the standard from Greenwich Mean Time to US Eastern Time to make it easier for us. Or so I assume.
