Seeking info on endemic flora

Howdy,

I'm looking for info on (pseudo)carnivorous plants from Iraq and
Afghanistan. The areas envelopped by these countries have all
the trademarks of CP-habitats: hostility and micro-niches with
swamps and water in baking sunlight (like in Spain, Australia, ...).
So I was wondering if anybody knew of endemic (pseudo-)
CP's that grow there, maybe someone has them in culture, or
knows of a rescue-program.
