The seeds was labelled as binata small red,i think it was not.

I don't know for sure, give it time as adult traits might come out later on. But the elongated leaves gives a smidge hint of a Binita. Looks kind of like my D. Binita seedlings right now.
 
There is absolutely no way that these seedlings are any form of D. binata. Even at this small stage the seedlings of D. binata produce small forked leaves. The most likely ID appears to be D. madagascariensis, particularly if they are receiving high light levels. If the light levels are low they could be another species that has become a bit etiolated.
