A question about..

I have live plants in my aquarium. Its come to a point where I have to trim some back, since some plants are covering other not allowing enough light.

Heres my question:

Can I use any scissor, or do I have to get a special one?

I know my question sounds dumb, but I dont know if metal will have any effect on the water.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Any pair of scissors should be fine for the brief time it will be in the water. I just pinch off my overgrown plants as it is fast and easy. I only use an old pair of stainless steel scissors to trim Val or Sag.
