I have had the oddest things come up in my sphagnum (mostly living). In my VFT 'Wilmington, NC' I seem to have either D. rotundifolia or D. prolifera coming up. I swear it looks like prolifera but I do not think it is. I have had these plants come up from seed which I did not have or did not know about:
S. rubra x. prupurea ? seedling
D. capillaris
D. capensis
D. brevifolia
D. rotundifolia
What have you had come up?

absolutely nothing
(LOL... sad... but true.. unless you count the capensis/primuliflora/adelae plantlets I get because leaves fall and root)

D. binata, spatulata, U. livida, U. bisquamata, D. intermedia. That's what ya get for keeping them outside and in close proximity to one another for 6 months.

i have D. spatulata growing in a couple pots. since i have yet to bloom a spat im assuming they came with the peat or LFS i have been using.
