You can also go to places like Geocities and Tripod and get free web space. I believe they offer pre-made web site templates for those who don't know HTML. It's really easy to learn HTML and java-script so you can write your own scripts and set up your web site exactly the way you want it to be. I have several up myself that I scripted myself that cost nothing!
Or you can pay some computer jock to do it. That's what i'm doing.
