Did a quick search on this topic and did not find anything.
It seems that after 30 days PM's get deleted.
I took a quick look around my user control panel to see if it was possible to change the amount of time before PM are deleted and did not see anything.
Is this a fix time of 30 days or is it changable and how?

Set by administration I believe.

You might want to post this question in the Exotic Gardens business forum. I think technical questions like this one are more likely to get answered there. I'm not sure myself of the answer.

While we're on the subject of PM's, it used to be that in addition to being notified of a PM in our email, I was also able to see the actual message. Now it's just a notification and disclaimer. Is it possible that I unintentionally changed a setting such that I no longer see the message or does that option no longer exist?
