I started reading these. I have only read 3 of her books and I think the mood rubs off on me. Its kind of weird. Any way does anyone know what the other immortals Marius mentions in The Vampire Lestat are? I know they are not vampires but what would a name for them be? Maybe I should read the book about them next.

um....My grandma does. and I think my mom does too. But I dont know about the vampire things.

I have read them all..but 10-15 years ago.
dont remember all the little details anymore!

could the "other immortals" be the ancient egyptian vampires?
the "proto vampires"..kinda the beginning of the vampire race.

great books!
highly recommended if you like that kind of thing.

No those would be Akasha and Whatever his name is. They are the non-vampire immortals I was wondering about. I think one's name is Ramses or something like that.
