Somenone id this nnep, please?

I liberated this one from the flower market this morning.

It stood right next to a plastic bag full of ampullarias freshly ripped out of the jungle (which the vendor was proud to point out)

Now, what could it be?

Sucks about the ampullarias. I wish Neps were cheaper here. Looks to me like a hybrid of some sort.

I paid the equivalent of twenty bucks US for this hybrid. Not exactly cheap, compared with Germany

But I guess you can't have it all - be able to grow them outside AND get them on the cheap...

What IS cheap here, though, are the orchids. Holy Moly! Check out this three-foot odontoglossum.

Cost me three bucks US at the same flower market (and the farther south you travel in Taiwan, the cheaper the orchids get - at the southern tip of the island, said odontoglossum would only set you back a buck and a half.)

Oh, and while we're at it, can anybody ID this odontoglossum species?

Oh wow. I don't know the ID but that is huge for $3
