I know a person in Germany who would like to send me seeds of U.bisquatma and U.subulata. My question is, does he need anything besides an envelope and a stamp to send me seeds of these species of utrics?

well if your in the states those two species are really easy to get a hold of. not sure what is all involved in shipping seeds from germany though
