Looks like Drosera capillaris to me.

Yes, D. capillaris masquerading as a D. spatulata. The spent flowers and petioles are obvious characterisitcs.

I'm in Holden Beach, half way between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

Yes this is a D.capillaris. But like Seandew pointed out it shows features of other sundews.
