Are you sure it is'nt Birmingham,Alabama?About 500,000 people were under evacuation orders.

20 thousand were evacuated from the centre of Birmingham on Saturday night because of a security threat. It seems that everything is OK now and the city has been opened back up. They did some "controlled explosions" which would disarm any nearby explosives and it appears that nothing they found was too threatening. Though they think it's not connected to the recent bombings, it is frightening anyway because the area was subject to some pretty bad bombings in the '70s by the Irish Republican Army. No fun.
