Is the Abromeitiella brevifolia really a bromeliad? I've never seen any like that.

Nice collection! The UK has some great plant growing conditions. It's a wonder that anyone ever left to establish colonies. Unless it was to get Broms, Neps and Sarrs to grow back home. And the rum.
 
Fascicularia pitcairnifolia has a flower coulor i have never seen before! I was beginning to wonder if that shade even existed in a flower.
