I live in Pasco County, but I can't find any pinguicula here. Only Drosera and Utricularia

Actually, they look like Drosera Capillaris stalks.

Indeed, those are D. capillaris...good call.

P. caerulea lives in drier conditions than most CP. Look in the higher, surrounding areas of the bogs, in palmetto/pine flatwoods. You should find them and P. lutea!
