Right pot

Is it ok to put a Pinguicula 'Titan' in a terra cotta pot?

I don't see why not.

Depending on your local environmental conditions, it may be harder or easier to maintain optimum conditions for the plant, but they do have some flexibility.

Of course, optimum light, temperature, moisture, and nutrition are all interdependent. For example: more light must be balanced with increased moisture, nutrition, and lower temperatures to maintain an optimal situation.
