Growing pings in Northwest Florida

Northwest Florida has a humid subtropical climate. Will all three varieties of pings (temperate,warm-temperate, tropical) grow comfortably outside?

You may have trouble with the more northerly true temperates like grandiflora and vulgaris which may need a fridge dormancy. There are many other European species will probably do fine though. Warm temperates will all do fine year round. Mexican species may need some sheltering from rain during dormancy but other than that, they should be ok as well.
