I have, however, seen both Pinguicula lutea and Pinguicula ionantha form multiple plantlets from the base of the rosette which produced a cluster of growth points (like a bouquet of rosettes) similar to your photo.
I see a flower stalk sticking up there. Any chance we could get a photo of the flower? That would more than likely assure an identification. Descriptive examples of flowers; Pink corolla with which center and yellow beard = Pinguicula primuliflora and White corolla with lavender center and yellow beard = Pinguicula ionantha.</span>
