my first huernia flower

a while ago i received several wonderful succulent cuttings from phil1. it has been a few months and finally have my first flower form a huernia kenesis! i thought that it was so strange that i had to take a picture of it and share!

WOW trek, thats just BEAUTIFUL and very neat looking, love the little nobby spikey things on it, inside it.. Very cool... Thanks for sharring...

Sweet! Does the flower have any repugnant odor? I don't know which species of stapelia, orbea, huernia, etc, stink or don't. Even if they don't have rank smelling flowers the look soo cool anyways, but carrion smelling flowers are just an extra bonus

no, this one doesn't smell too bad . to tell you the truth, i was disappointed that it didn't smell horribly bad! hopefully some of my others will flower soon and stink!
