    Can My Succulents Go Outside?

So I have a very limited number of succulents, and was just wondering if I could pot them up in a larger pot and put them outside, and if so, in how much sun? (I live in St. Louis)
My main motivation is I currently have them on a window sill, and I just think they would be happier if I could put them in a bigger pot, but I don't have room inside if I did.
I have a dragon fruit cutting that is just now putting out new growth, and 3 unknown succulents shown below!
    Thanks for the input,
    Kyle

Mine do fine outside. They will get sunburned though so i keep them in a mostly shaded spot. I have a few different kinds of epiphytic cacti and dragon fruit cacti. The hardier standard cacti get full sun.

The top pot looks to have a kalanchoe(the smaller one) and a cactus from the genus epiphyllum, perhaps epiphyllum oxypetalum, cant be real sure without a flower. The bottom looks like another type of epiphyllum.

just be careful and slowly bring them outside into the sun. Most succulents will burn and have brown scaly spots if just thrown outside into the sun.

i don't know what your climate is like but mine is close to mediterranean and all my succulents / cacti live outside throughout the year. yours would do much better in seperate big pots as those species tend to get bushy fast.

the ones in the lowest picture would appreciate some protection from strong sunlight. filtered (such as behind a thin curtain) noon sun works perfectly but they would do just as well with morning or afternoon sun...
in my experience they are very weak against frost by the way.

I keep trying to kill mine by putting them outside. Seems to be working.
    They're happiest on the windowsill.
